As a Senior Backend Engineer on our team, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing our backend systems to ensure seamless performance and reliability.

About the Role:
  • Design and implement scalable backend systems for high-traffic applications.
  • Write and maintain efficient, reusable code adhering to current best practices and company standards.
  • Manage project priorities and deliverables with technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on user-facing products.
  • Mentor teammates and set high technical standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience working as a backend developer.
  • Proficient in Python programming language.
  • Hands-on experience with Django, Fast API, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with GenAI stack.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Scalability and Performance Optimization.
Interview Process:
  • Round 1: Technical discussion and coding question.
  • Round 2: Experience-related discussion and coding challenge.
  • Round 3: Final interview with the founder.

The final decision will be made within 15 days.
