Job Title:

The Sr. HR Executive is a pivotal role that oversees the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.

This position requires a strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS software to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards for management review to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize AI tools to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement company policies that promote a healthy workplace culture.
  • Manage and resolve employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Organize training & development programs to foster professional growth and enhance employee skills.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and promote a positive working culture through various initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field to provide a solid foundation in HR principles and practices.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role to demonstrate expertise and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, and HR tools/software to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience with HRMS systems to ensure seamless integration and data management.
  • Expertise in MS Excel to analyze and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to build strong relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Key Skills:

  • Advanced Excel with hands-on experience for at least 2-3 years to drive data analysis and insights.
  • Hands-on experience with skills like: Macros, Pivot table, MS Office, Power BI to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Proficient in working with data of minimum 2000+ employees to drive meaningful insights and recommendations.
