Seeking an experienced leader to manage store operations end-to-end, balancing team management and styling support. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in luxury/fashion retail, with excellent customer communication skills and knowledge of POS tools, billing, and Excel/Sheets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guiding and mentoring the in-store team for daily tasks and sales
  • Maintaining a smooth and energized floor environment
  • Offering styling assistance to clients and handling high-value clients with discretion

The successful candidate will be intuitive, organized, and able to create a warm and high-energy atmosphere. They will also have opportunities to work closely with leading Indian designers, participate in brand events, and contribute to shaping premium fashion retail.
