Job Role: Luxury Fashion Advisor

About the Position:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced fashion consultant to provide exceptional luxury shopping experiences for our discerning clients.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong styling and client servicing skills, with a proven ability to drive high-value sales and build long-term relationships.
  • This role involves managing end-to-end client engagement, including greeting, styling, building relationships, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and maintaining store inventory, ensuring stock accuracy and availability.
  • Collaboration with store managers and team members is essential to ensure smooth floor operations.
  • The Luxury Fashion Advisor will also be expected to ensure visual merchandising standards align with our brand guidelines.
  • Beyond individual sales targets, we encourage our team members to focus on building a strong clientele base through repeat and referral business.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, designers, and luxury fashion insights is crucial for consulting clients effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Luxury Fashion Consultant: 2-4 years in luxury fashion retail, styling, or consulting, with a proven track record of driving high-value sales.
  • Senior Luxury Fashion Consultant: 4-7 years in luxury fashion retail, with demonstrated expertise in luxury retail etiquette, styling, and client servicing.
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail principles, including visual merchandising and store operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Well-versed in ethnic and high-end designer fashion.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage inventory and day-to-day floor operations.
