Position overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor for our flagship store in South Mumbai who will be responsible for offering a unique and personalized shopping experience to our clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of luxury shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience to every customer, fostering a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to exceed customer expectations..
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range, including fabric details, weaving techniques and the story behind each collection to effectively communicate with our patrons.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business through exceptional service.
- Represent Tilfi in exhibitions and events as and when required.
Visual Merchandising:
- Assist in maintaining the store's visual standards, ensuring that displays are well-organized, appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist in the design and implementation of seasonal and promotional displays that reflect the brand's image.
Store Maintenance:
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming, maintaining a high standard of presentation at all times.
- Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, including proper handling of products and equipment.
Operations and Inventory management:
- Manage inventory counts and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing movement
- of inventory.
- Ensure proper storage and upkeep of all inventory.
- Prepare stock and sales reports and share with HQ.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and inventory management.
- Passion for luxury fashion, textiles, and craftsmanship, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
