Program Manager Specialist

As a Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior leadership team by providing valuable insights into project portfolio progress and success.
- Determine data collection methods to ensure accurate and timely data
- Facilitate project data collection, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered
- Analyze data quality and timeliness to identify areas for improvement
- Present management information to track business performance, using visualizations and reports to communicate key findings
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. The PMO Analyst must be able to work effectively with people across all global locations and levels of the organization, including senior executives.
The PMO Analyst is responsible for running regular data analysis reports, setting up projects and releases in reporting systems, and supporting those systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up projects in Smartsheet for data collection
- Setting up releases in Jira for data collection and dashboards
- Bulk uploading data into Jira
- Support and issue resolution in Smartsheet, Jira, and Hub Planner
- Running scheduled reports and distributing to relevant audiences
- Maintaining project delivery data and tracking key milestones
- Facilitating resource planning and maintaining company resource plan
- Providing management information to other teams per reporting timetable
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years experience in project management or an associated role
- Experience working with Jira for reporting and portfolio management
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to gather and present data on portfolio performance
- Proven ability to build relationships across multiple locations and disciplines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
