Job Title: DLP Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining and deploying endpoint security profiles for sensitive data protection
  • Managing access roles in DLP systems, including super user, system admin, policy manager, incident manager, and external auditor privileges
  • Executing server upgrades, including backup and archival processes for historical incidents
  • Developing incident management and escalation workflows, as well as documenting DLP policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security with at least 3 years of relevant expertise in Forcepoint DLP
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex projects
  • Hands-on experience commissioning and implementing DLP solutions on Windows and Linux environments, integrating with tools such as Active Directory, Identity Access Management, Security Information and Event Management, web, email, etc.
  • Understanding of data classification and categorization
  • Experience automating processes using scripting languages and tools
  • Knowledge of business continuity planning and disaster recovery procedures for DLP systems
