Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Cybersecurity Practice.

About the Role

  • Cybersecurity Visionary: Define and drive the overall strategy, roadmap, and growth of our MDR, CES, and MSSP lines of business.
  • Service Development: Develop innovative service offerings, frameworks, and best practices to enhance security operations and service delivery.
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align cybersecurity services with business objectives.
  • Market Expertise: Identify market trends, emerging threats, and technology advancements to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Security Operations & Threat Management: Oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring 24/7 monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.
  • Incident Response: Lead incident response, threat hunting, and forensic investigations to mitigate cyber risks.
  • Technology Implementation: Implement and optimize SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and threat intelligence solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to security frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001.

Client Engagement & Service Delivery:

  • Client Relationships: Manage client relationships, understand their security needs, and customize MDR/MSSP/CES solutions.
  • Service Quality: Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Consulting Services: Provide cybersecurity consulting, risk assessments, and compliance support for clients.
  • Pipeline Growth: Support pre-sales, proposals, and RFP responses to expand the cybersecurity practice.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Talent Development: Build, mentor, and manage cybersecurity teams, including SOC analysts, incident responders, and engineers.
  • Training Programs: Provide training and upskilling programs to enhance technical expertise within the team.
  • Culture Enhancement: Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the security practice.
