Cybersecurity Strategist and Infrastructure Leader

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to lead our security posture across cloud, applications, and enterprise infrastructure. As a senior permanent role, the candidate will be expected to build the Cybersecurity team from the ground up and lead the Cyber Security vertical, ensuring robust governance, scalability, and long-term resilience for the organization.

This includes designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide security architecture and frameworks across multi-cloud environments. The successful candidate will also lead secure SDLC adoption, threat modeling, application security reviews, and WAF implementation. Furthermore, they will drive DevSecOps practices, including automation of compliance checks, vulnerability management, and secure infrastructure provisioning.

The ideal candidate will establish and grow the Cybersecurity team from the ground up, setting up processes, frameworks, and best practices. They will act as the head of the Cybersecurity vertical, accountable for strategy, execution, and reporting to leadership. Additionally, they will build a strong pipeline of security talent and mentor engineers to achieve maturity in security operations.

Our ideal candidate has a Master's in Computer Science and Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering. They have 17+ years of proven cybersecurity experience across cloud, DevSecOps, application security, and compliance. Certifications include ISC2 CCSP, AWS Solutions Architect (Pro), Azure Security Engineer, CEH Master, Google Cloud Architect, and ITIL. They possess hands-on expertise in AWS/Azure security services, IAM, Terraform, Okta/AD, CI/CD pipelines, secure network design (VPCs, firewalls, WAFs), application and product security reviews, security automation, and compliance monitoring tools.
