Network Cybersecurity Professional

We are seeking a skilled Network Cybersecurity Professional to join our team. As a Network Cybersecurity Professional, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting the Zscaler Secure Internet Access platform.

You will design and configure policy, manage rule optimization, and troubleshoot state-of-the-art NGFW layer 7 firewalls. Additionally, you will implement and manage DDoS protection solutions with cloud scrubbing technology.

Our ideal candidate has 10+ years of networking experience, including support focus on network infrastructure, Data Center technologies, and Cloud compute. You should have strong network troubleshooting skills, including the use of Wireshark and other network tools.

The following are required skills and qualifications:

  • Networking Experience: 10+ years of networking experience with included support focus on network infrastructure, Data Center technologies, and Cloud compute.
  • Network Troubleshooting Skills: Strong network troubleshooting skills, including the use of Wireshark and other network tools.
  • SSL, HTTP/HTTPS Troubleshooting: Knowledge of SSL, HTTP/HTTPS troubleshooting via browsers (performance and errors).
  • Routing and Switching: Knowledge of IPv4/IPv6 routing, DNS, load balancing, PAC files, proxies, and other layer 2- 7 concepts.

The following are preferred qualifications:

  • Cybersecurity Experience: 10+ years of cybersecurity experience.
  • Data Loss Prevention: 2+ years of data loss prevention (DLP) experience.
  • Tunnel Setup and Troubleshooting: GRE and IPSec tunnel setup and troubleshooting.
  • Firewall Experience: General firewalls and packet filtering experience and troubleshooting.
  • DDoS Support: DDoS support experience.
