Job Title: Cyber Security Director

This is a leadership role that involves overseeing the delivery of cybersecurity projects and services to customers.

  • Lead and support the delivery of cybersecurity projects and services by working with key stakeholders and technology experts.
  • Provide cybersecurity support for network security products and services, including new deployments, hardware upgrades, migrations, and feature implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts and customers from a cybersecurity service perspective.
  • Support the implementation of security concerns with new and emerging technologies, focusing on SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
  • Guide other teams on cybersecurity best practices, security vulnerabilities, and compensating controls.
  • Assist in creating security designs and configuring security controls within the cybersecurity portfolio.
  • Ensure risk and controls are in compliance with regulatory requirements and align with company risk appetite.
  • Drive security awareness and adoption across the organization.
  • Use metrics to track security risks and awareness.
  • Ensure compliance and governance for data security.
  • Possess expert knowledge in cybersecurity and provide guidance on business operations, policies, and practices.

Requirements:

  • Eighteen or more years of cybersecurity and technology risk experience in a large multinational company.
  • Minimum of fifteen years of experience in cybersecurity program management and governance, including technical background.
  • Identifying information security and emerging technological requirements and effective risk mitigation actions.
  • Progressive experience in leading multiple projects in a complex international financial services organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Influential communicator capable of effectively communicating ideas and concepts within the organization and externally.
  • Excellent customer management skills with minimum ten years of experience managing large enterprise customers.
  • Highly responsive and proactive with a positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively.
  • A minimum of fifteen years of hands-on experience with multiple security disciplines preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant professional certification such as CISSP, CEH, CRISC, CGEIT.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
