Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity leader to drive the growth and development of our critical service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Cybersecurity Development: Define and execute the overall strategy, roadmap, and growth initiatives for our MDR, CES, and MSSP services.
  • Develop Security Offerings: Develop comprehensive security solutions, frameworks, and best practices to enhance cybersecurity operations and delivery.
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align cybersecurity services with business goals.
  • Market Trends & Emerging Threats: Identify market trends, emerging threats, and technology advancements to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Security Operations & Threat Management: Oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring 24/7 monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.
  • Incident Response & Threat Hunting: Lead incident response, threat hunting, and forensic investigations to mitigate cyber risks.
  • SIEM, EDR, SOAR & Threat Intelligence: Implement and optimize SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and threat intelligence solutions.
  • Security Frameworks: Ensure adherence to industry-recognized security frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001.
  • Client Engagement & Service Delivery: Manage client relationships, understand their cybersecurity needs, and customize MDR/MSSP/CES solutions.
  • Service Level Agreements: Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Cybersecurity Consulting: Provide cybersecurity consulting, risk assessments, and compliance support for clients.
  • Promote Cybersecurity Services: Support pre-sales, proposals, and RFP responses to expand the cybersecurity practice.
  • Compliance, Governance & Risk Management: Ensure cybersecurity services align with industry regulations and standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, etc.).
  • Audit & Risk Analysis: Conduct regular audits, security assessments, and risk analysis to improve service quality.
  • Security Policies & Procedures: Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and governance models.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and manage cybersecurity teams, including SOC analysts, incident responders, and engineers.
  • Training & Upskilling: Provide training and upskilling programs to enhance technical expertise within the team.
  • Culture & Collaboration: Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the security practice.
  • Technology & Innovation: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge cybersecurity tools and technologies.
  • Automation & AI-Driven Security: Develop automation and AI-driven security operations to improve efficiency.
  • Innovation in Cybersecurity: Drive continuous innovation in cybersecurity services to stay ahead of evolving threats.
