Lead Identity Architect

This key position plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives for the financial sector.

  • Drive IAM strategy, architecture, and implementation across large-scale enterprise environments for critical infrastructure.
  • Provide visionary leadership to identify security gaps, define innovative solutions, and recommend improvements across IAM, MFA, Zero Trust, and related security domains.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to align IAM solutions with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee comprehensive IAM lifecycle management including user provisioning, access governance, authentication frameworks, and privileged access management.
  • Mentor technical teams to build world-class IAM practices across global delivery centers, fostering innovation and best practices.
  • Evaluate, integrate, and implement modern IAM tools, MFA solutions, and Zero Trust security frameworks to maintain cutting-edge security posture.
  • Ensure all IAM solutions meet stringent compliance standards, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements specific to the financial services industry.
  • Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives, establish best practices, and lead continuous improvements within enterprise IAM programs.
