Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead client projects in the Retail Banking sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting clients' strategic decisions through syndicated benchmarking and market research.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a Master's degree in an analytical or quantitative subject. They will also have 5+ years' work experience in benchmarking, research, or business analysis, preferably in financial services or consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end client projects, including data collection, analysis, and synthesis of large qualitative and quantitative datasets.
  • Interpret market trends and identify patterns to extract insights and highlight emerging opportunities.
  • Lead client and internal meetings effectively, addressing client questions and queries using data and content expertise.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions through proprietary tools, rigorous analysis, and customized reports or presentations.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a Master's degree in an analytical or quantitative subject.
  • 5+ years' work experience in benchmarking, research, or business analysis, preferably in financial services or consultancy.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Alteryx, Python, Tableau, or PowerBI is helpful but not mandatory.
