As a seasoned project lead, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, reporting, and communication skills, along with hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices, and DevOps practices.

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.">

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project.">
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management and clients.">
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.">
  • Drive adoption of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.">
  • Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.">
  • Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and willingly shoulder additional responsibilities as needed.">

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.">
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Proven ability to generate clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations.">
  • Hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices architecture, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).">
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.">
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.">
