About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Franchise Sales Expert to join our team at FranchiseBAZAR, India's most trusted franchise business investment advisory. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in franchise sales and account management, with a proven track record of generating revenue and building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Sales Performance:

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of franchise sales and account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of ₹10L P.A. (for the Franchise Sales Manager role) and up to ₹6L P.A. (for the Franchise Development Executive/Inside Sales Assistant role), depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits, such as medical insurance, retirement planning, and professional development opportunities.

Location:

This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will be required to work from our office in the city and may be required to travel occasionally for meetings and training sessions.
