Job Role: Mass Retail Distribution Head

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in distribution management, preferably in telecom, FMCG, or mass retail.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
