The Global Workforce Solutions Team manages our contingent workforce program, ensuring compliance with policies and vendor management systems.

As a GWS Supervisor - Operations & Analytics, you will be responsible for developing reporting dashboards and process documentation across the contingent workforce program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve data sets to track KPIs and SLAs for employee or vendor audiences.
  • Define, streamline, and document internal processes.
  • Execute internal audit activities, including VMS data validation.
  • Serve as Audit liaison for additional audit requests related to our VMS.
  • Develop and execute vendor QBR reporting and cost savings processes.
  • Provide financial summaries and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.
  • Support additional data reporting needs for financial, operational, or ad hoc requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in an internal Contingent Workforce Program or MSP.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to operate successfully in a team environment.
