Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Logistics and EXIM Manager to oversee our end-to-end logistics operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding, customs regulations, and international trade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and distribution teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Oversee inbound sea/air freights to global locations and outbound freights in joint collaboration with regional counterparts.
  • Handle day-to-day logistics tasks such as shipment tracking, documentation, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage end-to-end import/export operations, including coordination with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.
  • Analyze imports and export-related port data to identify opportunities for cost savings and optimize logistics.
  • Maintain proper documentation, track goods, and identify risks associated with international trade.
  • Perform risk assessments and enact contingency plans to mitigate risks in global trade.
  • Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and adapt procedures accordingly.
  • Oversee and maintain all necessary import/export licenses, certifications, and registrations.
Responsibilities include but not limited to managing cross-functional teams.

Skills required for the role include but not limited to having a deep understanding of logistics operations, ability to manage suppliers effectively, possessing excellent analytical skills, being highly organized and able to work well under pressure.
