Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive experience from their first interaction to delivery.

The ideal candidate will handle post-purchase issues, including lost or damaged packages, and serve as the main liaison between our customers and shipping partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels, resolving issues related to orders and logistics.
  • Process and manage customer orders on our website platform, handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Coordinate with shipping vendors to track down and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain clear and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
