The Seller Support Associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners. This role requires providing timely and accurate operational support to Merchants selling on the Amazon platform. A successful candidate will have an immediate impact on the experience of Amazon customers, making a strong record of customer focus a high standard for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone, chat, and email cases.
  • Act as a committed seller advocate, driving process and tool improvements.
  • Demonstrate effective communication, composure, and professional attitude when addressing sensitive issues.

**Requirements**

  • Completed Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  • Language: French (B2.2) certification is mandatory.
  • Ability to work shifts required.
  • Experience within a customer service environment preferred.
  • Desire to expand skills into new areas.
  • Technical savvy is required.
  • Billing and payment processing knowledge is essential.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
  • Provides prompt and efficient service to Amazon Sellers and Merchants, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor, portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
  • Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members with difficult contacts as needed.

**Compensation and Benefits**

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
