
Inbound Sales Specialist

Engage with inbound merchant leads, recommending Cashfree solutions and delivering compelling product demos to build merchant confidence.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to onboarding and transaction initiation. Ensure consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates and merchant activation.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet merchant needs and capture feedback for continuous improvement.
- Be the primary point of contact for all inbound merchant leads
- Engage with merchants via calls/emails, understand their requirements, and recommend Cashfree solutions
- Deliver compelling product demos to showcase value and build merchant confidence
- Ensure consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates and merchant activation
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from initial contact to onboarding and transaction initiation
- Provide a smooth onboarding experience, acting as a trusted partner for new merchants
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell other Cashfree products to existing merchants
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure merchant needs are met and feedback is captured for continuous improvement
- Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
- Experience with high-volume calling and relationship-building
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to achieve targets
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting and trusted merchant relationships
- 2+ years of experience in fintech, online payments, or B2B SaaS (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation
