Job Overview:
- We are seeking an Inbound Sales Professional to be the primary point of contact for merchant leads, engage with merchants through calls and emails, understand their requirements, and recommend solutions.
- The ideal candidate will deliver compelling product demos, ensure consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new merchants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for inbound merchant leads.
- Engage with merchants via calls/emails, understand their requirements, and recommend Cashfree solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demos to showcase value and build merchant confidence.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates and merchant activation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in fintech, online payments, or B2B SaaS.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
- Multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- High-volume calling and relationship-building experience.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to achieve targets.
