Digital Marketing Lead

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive paid media campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max to reach targeted audiences and maximize ROI.
  2. Strategize, run, and optimize campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth and achieve business objectives.
  3. Manage large-scale ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimal return on investment.
  4. Utilize industry-leading tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion APIs for performance tracking and optimization.
  5. Collaborate closely with content, e-commerce, and strategy teams to integrate digital marketing efforts and drive cohesive brand experiences.
  6. Deliver regular campaign insights and performance reports directly to senior leadership, informing data-driven decision-making.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and digital marketing platforms.
  • A proven track record of managing high-performing digital marketing campaigns and delivering significant revenue growth.
  • Expert knowledge of full-funnel performance marketing and ROAS-driven strategies.
  • Experience working in FMCG, beverage, or wellness sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of digital consumers in Indian and Southeast Asian markets.
  • Fluency in English.
