Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the development and growth of our quality engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems and be able to ensure that all documents and procedures align with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update existing QMS documents, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
  • Ensure all document updates align with AS9100, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for document revisions.
  • Maintain version control and document change history in accordance with QMS procedures.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of QMS documents to identify areas for improvement or updates.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in aerospace or auditing.
  • Strong understanding of AS9100 standard, QMS principles, and customer regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
