About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned product launch specialist to spearhead the introduction of our innovative SaaS solutions. As part of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for devising and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that effectively resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes, ensuring strategies are grounded in actionable insights.
  • Product Positioning: Develop positioning statements, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that accurately capture the essence of our products and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Strategy Development: Create a robust go-to-market roadmap detailing timelines, launches, stakeholders, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of launch plans.
  • Launch Execution: Plan and execute campaigns (digital, advertising, events), drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies to create awareness and demand.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate to maximize go-to-market effectiveness.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in go-to-market roles, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, timely, detail-oriented, and decisive.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of rallying teams and articulating vision.
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market frameworks: positioning, messaging, target audiences, distribution channels, and launch tactics.
  • Experience running cross-functional launches from inception to execution.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and CRM platforms.
