Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Manager, People Experience to join our team based in Hyderabad. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for deploying change management strategies and facilitating the adoption of new employee engagement and experience platforms across global restaurant staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the effectiveness and suitability of existing Employee Experience & Engagement tools, leveraging data insights to recommend enhancements or replacements as needed
  2. Employee Experience Management and Oversight:
    • • Oversee the ongoing management of collaboration and engagement tools, ensuring Restaurant Employees are actively engaged and informed of new initiatives
  3. Change Management:
    • • Execute change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new employee engagement and experience platforms
  4. Documentation and Compliance:
    • • Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, data models, and process maps for Restaurant Employee engagement tools
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience working in Human Resources, Employee Experience, or Restaurant Digital Engagement
  • Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
  • Experience working across many countries and cultures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of learning & development trends, regulations, and best practices
  • English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills
  • Ability to write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization
