Job Title: Engagement Strategist

A key role in driving workforce morale and productivity through effective employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive employee engagement programs, incorporating regular feedback surveys to drive strategic improvements.
  • Organize team-building activities, events, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee suggestions and grievances, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining transparent communication.
Performance Management System (PMS) and Employee Relations:
  • Implement and manage the organization's PMS, facilitating goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure accurate and timely performance assessments, analyzing data to support learning and development planning.
  • Foster a fair and transparent work environment through adherence to company policies and labor laws, addressing employee grievances and disciplinary issues promptly.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive insights from engagement and performance data.
