About Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation and Engagement Strategist to spearhead the launch of our new hub in Hyderabad, India.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational change management, fostering a positive workplace culture, and promoting employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive hub engagement and improve the overall workplace experience for employees.
  • Lead initiatives related to the Hub's operations and ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Design and deliver effective communication campaigns to promote various initiatives and foster a sense of community among employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and feedback for organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Total 8 years of experience in a related field.
  • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • High-level interpersonal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Fair level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Positive attitude, open-mindedness, customer-centric approach, and problem-solving skills.
