Transform Pharmaceutical Innovation As a key strategist, you will drive transformative AI initiatives across the pharmaceutical value chain, from drug discovery to commercialization. Lead cross-functional teams and coach subordinates to deliver high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Expertise: Drive thought leadership by identifying innovative Generative AI applications in life sciences. Business Analysis: Lead comprehensive analyses of complex business processes, designing AI-driven strategies for operational excellence. Authorize and review business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses to secure executive approval. Ensure creation of high-quality business requirements documents and strategic roadmaps. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between C-suite executives, technical teams, and external partners, driving alignment on AI strategies. Represent the organization in industry forums and partnerships to advocate for AI-driven innovation. Team Management and Coaching: Manage/mentor a team of Senior Specialist Business Analysts, providing strategic guidance. Coach Senior Specialists in advanced business analysis techniques and Generative AI applications. Generative AI: Oversee development and deployment of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. Collaborate with AI architects and data science leaders to define model architectures. Regulatory & Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI solutions comply with global regulatory standards. Requirements 10–12 years of core Business Analyst or strategic consulting experience in life sciences with at least 5 years leading AI technologies. Expert understanding of Generative AI and machine learning applications in life sciences. Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale AI projects. Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset. Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
