Drive Employee Engagement and Productivity

We're seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for our AI-powered employee engagement and productivity solution.

About This Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape messaging, craft compelling industry content, and support demand generation for our AI for Work solution.

You will collaborate closely with product management, solutions engineering, and sales teams to tell a compelling story about how we redefine employee experiences.

  • Develop sales enablement content, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection handling documents, and case studies.
  • Builddemo flows and product visuals that showcase real-world industry use cases.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to inform messaging and support the go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Driving the go-to-market strategy for our AI-powered employee engagement and productivity solution.
  2. Shaping messaging and crafting compelling industry content.
  3. Serving as a liaison between product management, solutions engineering, and sales teams.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create demo flows and product visuals.
Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to analyze complex data and develop insights.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activity.
