High-End Sales Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic individual to deliver exceptional and personalized shopping experiences to clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering lasting relationships, exceeding customer expectations, and promoting luxury products in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of product ranges, including fabric details, weaving techniques, and the story behind each collection.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business through exceptional service.
  • Represent our brand at exhibitions and events as required.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Assist in maintaining store visual standards, ensuring displays are well-organized and appealing.
  • Contribute to designing and implementing seasonal and promotional displays that reflect the brand's image.

Store Maintenance:

  • Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols, proper handling of products and equipment.

Operations and Inventory Management:

  • Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing movements.
  • Ensure proper storage and upkeep of all inventory.
  • Prepare stock and sales reports for HQ.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and inventory management.
  • Passion for luxury fashion, textiles, and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
