We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for sales and marketing roles, a talent for identifying high-caliber professionals, and a passion for building relationships. As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and engaging sales professionals who align with our clients' needs and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Source and recruit qualified sales candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality sales talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and design targeted recruitment strategies.
- Create and manage compelling job postings to attract top talent.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication, feedback, and guidance.
- Leverage social media platforms to build a community of engaged sales professionals.
- Track and manage candidate data using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on sales and marketing roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
