Job Summary

The Safety and Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the health, well-being, and productivity of employees, customers, and the general public. This position requires a seasoned professional to develop, implement, and maintain effective safety policies, procedures, and protocols to minimize risks and hazards.

  • This includes conducting regular site visits to monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, collaborating with construction teams to identify and mitigate potential safety risks, providing training and guidance to employees on safety protocols, and maintaining accurate records of safety incidents and regulatory compliance.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial safety and environmental management, with a proven track record of improving safety performance and reducing incident rates.
  • Degree in engineering or related field, accompanied by NEBOSH certification and relevant industrial safety certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
