Position:
Safety Officer / Safety Supervisor (O&M)


Location:
Vadodara | Navsari | Vijayawada | Rajahmundry


Industry:
Renewable Energy | Bioenergy | Compressed Bio Gas (CBG)

Qualification:

Safety-related qualification (Minimum 1 year full-time course is mandatory) or NEBOSH-IGC & above

AND

B.Tech – 1 year of experience OR

Diploma (any engineering discipline) – Minimum 4 years of industrial work experience OR

Science Graduate – Minimum 4 years of industrial work experience OR

Any other graduation – Minimum 10 years of industrial work experience OR

ITI – Minimum 10 years of industrial work experience OR

12th (any stream) – Minimum 10 years of industrial work experience

Technical Knowledge & Competencies:

Safety-related compliances: In-depth knowledge of relevant safety laws and regulations

Technical understanding of operations: Familiarity with the specific technical aspects of the industry's operations and maintenance

Regulations and legal compliance: Ability to ensure adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements

HSE Assurance: Expertise in assuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met

Risk Management Framework: Understanding and application of frameworks for managing risks in the workplace

Fire Safety Management: Knowledge of protocols and practices for preventing and responding to fire hazards

HSE Incident Investigation: Skills to conduct thorough investigations of safety incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
