Process Safety Manager

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to site-wide process safety procedures and guiding personnel in implementing effective protocols across all operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to site-wide Process Safety procedures as released by the HSEF department.
  2. Protocol Implementation: Guide and facilitate plant personnel in implementing effective Process Safety protocols across all operations.
  3. PSM Compliance: Monitor and drive compliance to Process Safety Management standards.
  4. Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate process-related risks, ensuring they are within acceptable and safe limits.
  5. Coordination: Coordinate and support PSM audits, hazard assessments (e.g., HAZOP, LOPA), and risk reviews.
  6. Incident Investigations: Lead or support incident investigations related to process safety incidents and near misses.
  7. Training Programs: Conduct and coordinate training programs on process safety for all relevant stakeholders.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HSEF) to drive safety culture.
  9. Regulatory Knowledge: Keep updated with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in process safety.
  10. Reporting and Documentation: Ensure regular reporting and documentation of safety activities, training sessions, and risk mitigation measures.
