About Process Safety Engineering

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Process Safety Engineer to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for an expert in process safety with experience in FPSO offshore production facilities, high pressure gas processing systems, and oil/water/gas separation facilities.
  • The ideal candidate will have knowledge of process safety on floating production systems, LPG and LNG Storage and Treatment, BOP.
  • This role involves developing process deliverables for conceptual, FEED, and EPC projects.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing hazardous area classification schedules and drawings.
  • Designing process safety for production systems such as crude oil, produced water treatment, water injection, condensate treatment.
  • This includes designing process safety for utility systems such as potable water, sea water, closed cooling water, compressed air, instrument air, nitrogen, flare and vent, closed drain, chemical injection, fuel gas treatment.
  • The successful candidate will review and provide guidance for discipline engineering and design deliverables including P&ID and datasheets.
  • Sizing flare networks using standard tools like Hysys and FlareNet.
Requirements:
  1. Expertise in process safety for FPSO offshore production facilities, high pressure gas processing systems, and oil/water/gas separation facilities.
  2. Experience in process safety on floating production systems, LPG and LNG Storage and Treatment, BOP.
