We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our team, providing premium cost-effective high-quality services that support process quality and delivery capability in support for client engagements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud HCM worked in at least 2-3 modules from the list (Time, Labor, Payroll, ORC)
  • Developed at least 2 to 3 integrations, reports, Fast Formula, Real-time projects
  • Strong SQL knowledge with minimum 3 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients
  • Good knowledge of end-to-end implementation experience in oracle cloud ERP applications

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, configuring, testing, executing test scripts, and performing proof of concept
  • Building user training materials and supporting testing milestones
  • Providing technical support and development for Oracle Cloud HCM integration and reports covering modules like Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, Comp, Performance, Taleo etc
  • Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and provide the right solutions
