Oracle SCM Cloud Specialist Job Opportunity

The role of an Oracle SCM Cloud Specialist involves working on both offshore and onshore client engagements to implement Oracle SCM Cloud modules. As a key member of the team, you will interact with customers to understand their business processes and map them to Fusion Procurement, Order Management/Pricing, Inventory Management, Planning, PDH, Manufacturing, Costing & other SCM Cloud Modules.

Our ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. They operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement, performing varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities include delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements, potentially acting as team lead on projects. Effective consultation with management of customer organizations is also required, as well as participation in business development activities and developing/configuring detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with team members and clients
  • Ability to travel as needed

The ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of overall experience with minimum 2+ years consulting/solutioning/implementation experience in Oracle ERP applications. Expertise in at least two Fusion SCM modules (Supply/Demand/Sales & Operations Planning, Fusion Product Data Hub, Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance & other SCM Cloud Modules) is essential, as is minimum 2 end-to-end implementation experience in Oracle ERP. Excellent communication and client handling skills are also required, with the ability to travel onsite on short/long term assignments.
