Job Title: Senior Functional Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle SCM specialist to join our team and lead the implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud modules for clients. This role involves collaborating with customers to understand their business processes and mapping them to relevant Fusion modules.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud modules for clients, utilizing expert knowledge of Oracle products and technology.
  2. Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and develop detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
  3. Act as team lead on projects, consulting with management of customer organizations to ensure successful delivery.
  4. Develop and configure software applications to meet client needs, using industry-leading practices and methodologies.
  5. Demonstrate expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements.
  6. Provide quality work products to an engagement, operating independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Proven track record of success in implementing Oracle ERP applications.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  4. Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements.
  5. Minimum 4 years' experience with Oracle SCM, including at least 2 years' experience in a consulting or implementation role.
  6. Expertise in at least 2 Fusion SCM modules is essential.
  7. Excellent communication and client handling skills; must be ready to travel onsite on short/long term assignments.
