Job Title: Oracle PBCS Implementation Specialist

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Oracle PBCS implementation specialist to lead full-cycle engagements from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, development, testing, training, and go-live. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with finance and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable PBCS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive planning models for financial planning (expense & revenue forecasting), workforce planning (headcount, compensation, bonuses), CAPEX planning (asset lifecycle & depreciation), project-level planning, and cash-flow forecasting.

Provide technical expertise in configuring Oracle Planning applications, including metadata imports, forms, task-flow setup, security model design, and authorizing business rules (Groovy and native calculation scripts).

Skill Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing and building complex planning models using Oracle Planning Cloud.

Familiarity with EPM Automate (command-line scripting) for task automation, patching, and lifecycle management.
