
Facility Maintenance Administrator

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supporting the maintenance department in managing engineering, electrical, and civil maintenance activities for the facility. The individual will administer preventive maintenance planning, repair estimation, vendor performance monitoring, and safety inspections.

The incumbent partners with the Operations Department to resolve technical issues related to equipment breakdowns, improve maintenance practices, and ensure smooth facility operations.

- Partner with the Operations Department to resolve technical issues related to equipment breakdowns, improve maintenance practices, and ensure smooth facility operations.
- Coordinate activities related to fuel and electricity management, spare part inventory, and facility compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Supervise a small team of maintenance technicians to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline or certifications in Maintenance Management/Facilities Management is a plus.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and rail siding equipment maintenance is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint) is also required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail are necessary.
