  • We are seeking an experienced Salesforce consultant to lead our team in delivering exceptional solutions for our clients.
Job Description:

As a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce consultant, you will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of projects, and providing strategic advice to clients. You will work collaboratively with our team to identify and manage project risks and issues, ensure team deliverables are met, and conduct successful sprint show-and-tells.

You will engage directly with customers to understand their business processes and requirements, translating these into clear and comprehensive functional designs for Salesforce solutions. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the Salesforce ecosystem and has excellent leadership and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in large-scale, end-to-end project implementations for enterprise clients, having delivered at least 5 full Salesforce projects for different customers. You will also possess solid functional knowledge of core Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, as well as hands-on experience with customization and configuration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project Management & Leadership: Technologically lead complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test & Production).
  • Business Analysis & Solution Design: Engage directly with customers to understand their business processes and requirements, performing a thorough fit-gap analysis.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales and Service applications.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
