Job Title: Salesforce Technical Consultant

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Salesforce fundamentals and experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder.
  • You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications and solutions.
  • In addition, you will support integration of Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • A strong problem-solving and debugging skillset is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development:
  • Develop and customize Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.
  • Implement Salesforce applications and solutions that meet business requirements.

Integration and Support:

  • Support integration of Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Debug, test, and document code to ensure quality and maintainability.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Good understanding of Salesforce fundamentals: data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder.
  • Basic experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange packages and standard modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
