Job Title: Cloud Platform Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support, enhance, and expand our Salesforce platform.

This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable with hands-on configuration, system administration, and declarative or programmatic development.

  • Serve as a primary admin for our Salesforce org (~500 users)
  • Perform standard admin tasks: user management, roles, permissions, dashboards, flows, validation rules, and audits
  • Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Flows, Apex, custom objects, and Lightning components
  • Customize and support managed packages such as Salesforce CPQ, and others
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, technical, and scalable solutions
  • Own full development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain features
  • Perform regular system health checks, release planning, and regression testing
About the Opportunity

This hybrid role requires strong communication skills, excellent project management, and analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, drive user adoption, maintain data integrity, and build scalable solutions.

The right candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and champion best practices.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, Process Builder, Reports)
  • Experience with Apex (triggers, classes), Lightning Components, and SOQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
