
Senior Business Development Executive

The Capture Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities in both the public and private sectors.
This strategic position requires exceptional skills in developing teaming, pricing, and proposal strategies to win contracts and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute capture plans to identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of competitors and capitalize on emerging trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare winning proposals that showcase our company's capabilities and expertise.
- Evaluate and qualify RFPs and RFIs to determine the best opportunities for our business.
- Develop and maintain databases of past performance, technical, and management information to inform future proposals.
- Drive the development of compliant and compelling content that showcases our company's strengths and differentiators.
- Conduct after-action reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in capture management or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of success in winning contracts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, Communications).
