Commercial Operations Manager">

Job Purpose:

A key role within our organization, the Commercial Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing commercial activities across allocated countries. This includes managing existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Negotiate pricing and costs with partners to ensure profitability while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand image and promote products in assigned regions.
  • Identify and recommend new product opportunities to drive expansion and growth in sales.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and optimize costs to maintain profitability targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of commercial operations and a proven track record of driving growth and profitability. A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in business development within a pharmaceutical company is required, along with a relevant MBA from a leading business school.
