Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to lead the launch of new products and establish effective distributor networks in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of distributors and retailers, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in sales planning, data analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch of new products and establish an effective distributor network
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including product information, sales solutions, and aftersales service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG or Food Beverage sector
- Prior experience in launching and selling tetra pack products is essential
- Strong network of distributors and retailers in the assigned region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales planning, data analysis, and reporting
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
