We are seeking a dynamic and proactive **Sales & Marketing Intern** to join our team. This role is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while supporting our Sales & Marketing team with backend, operational, and lead management tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
- Support data management activities, including organizing and maintaining customer and lead databases.
- Conduct data scraping and analysis to gather market intelligence and support campaign strategies.
- Work on lead generation platforms such as Upwork and other tools to identify potential business opportunities.
- Help manage and update social media accounts, including creating engaging content.
- Provide backend support to the Sales & Marketing team, including operational and administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of lead management tools, including Upwork, or a willingness to learn is highly desirable.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills and tools.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage tasks independently.
