Job Overview

The Senior Manager role is a leadership position that focuses on debt raising from financial institutions, AIFs, banks etc. through term loans and debentures at competitive pricing.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive credit proposals with new and existing lenders and handle queries of lenders in relation to credit proposals for fundraising.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution for fund-raising transactions.
  • Manage existing lender compliances, reporting, and covenant tracking.
  • Oversee liquidity and investment portfolio management.

Key Skills:

  • Preparation of CMA and credit proposals.
  • Co-ordination of fund-raising transactions.
  • Management of lender relationships.
  • Analysis and interpretation of financial data.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • CA/MBA Finance degree.
  • 6 – 7 years experience in a NBFC or Fintech field.
